MANUFACTURING — 製造
From one thread,a finished garment.
The Parfun Group’s manufacturing heart in Thailand: ladies’ innerwear OEM, made under one roof since 2002.
From a spec sheet to a shipped garment.
Thai Parfun is an OEM and ODM manufacturer of women’s innerwear and sportswear. Bring a design and a specification; we turn it into a garment that can be made at scale.
Knitting, dyeing, cutting and sewing all happen inside the group, so responsibility for quality runs unbroken from the yarn to the finished piece.
Osaka since 1956. Sewing in Thailand since 2002.

Watch a single thread become finished cloth: the path our factories run every day, from Nakhon Pathom to Samut Sakhon.

- 02KnittingAt Parfun Textile, circular knitting machines turn thread into a continuous tube of greige cloth.

We hold the full chain in-house, from knitting greige cloth to shipping the finished garment.
Knitting
KNITCircular knitting at Parfun Textile turns yarn into greige cloth: jersey, mesh, power net and lace, built to specification.
Dyeing
DYEColour is matched and function-finished at the in-house dye house, with process water treated on site.
Sewing
SEWPanels are cut and sewn at the Thasai factory: moulded cups, flat seams and fine lingerie work, inspected seam by seam.
The dye house is the hardest part of textiles to make clean. We have spent years working at exactly that.
- 01
−70% CO₂
Converting from coal to natural-gas boilers cut emissions at the Nakhon Pathom mill by roughly 70%, the first such change at any fabric mill in ASEAN.
- 02
Clean water returned
Dyeing uses as little water as possible; what we use is treated on site and returned clean to the river.
- 03
Textile to yarn
Offcuts and unwanted garments are regenerated into recycled yarn and knit into new fabric.
- 04
Fair Profit
Not the highest margin, but a fair one, shared across the supply chain so everyone who makes the cloth can live well.
