SERVICE — OEM / ODM

Your brand,our needle.

Planning and development, design and production of ladies’ innerwear OEM, proposed with a global point of view and produced in Thailand.

02SERVICE — 事業

Two ways to work with us: bring a finished design, or bring an idea and let our team build it out.

OEM相手先ブランド生産

You bring the design and the specification, and we turn it into a finished, shippable garment. Patternmaking, sourcing, sampling and bulk production run under one roof, so your brand keeps control of the design while we own the execution.

FIT — こんなブランドに

  • Brands with an in-house design team
  • Programs with fixed, finished specifications
  • Orders that need dependable scale
ODM相手先ブランド設計製造

You bring the idea and the audience, and we propose the fabric, the pattern and the construction. Our team develops from a brief, a mood board or a single reference piece, then samples it against your timeline.

FIT — こんなブランドに

  • New lines launching from scratch
  • Ideas led by a fabric or material
  • Programs that need speed to market
03FLOW — 流れ

Eight steps from a first message to a shipped garment: the same path for a first-time order and a standing program.

F.01

Inquiry

Tell us what you need: a sketch, a spec sheet, or a sample from another maker. There is no minimum information required to start the conversation.

F.02

Consultation

We talk through fabric, construction and volume together, by call or in person, until the brief is clear on both sides.

F.03

Proposal & quotation

You receive a written proposal covering fabric options, construction notes, lead time and a per-piece quotation, before anything is cut.

F.04

Sampling

A first sample is cut and sewn at our Samut Sakhon factory, then shipped to you for review and fit comments.

F.05

Approval

Samples are revised until fit, fabric and construction are approved in writing: the last step before bulk production begins.

F.06

Bulk fabric

Fabric is knitted and dyed to the approved specification by our group company, Parfun Textile, in Nakhon Pathom.

F.07

Sewing & QC

The approved pattern is cut and sewn at scale, with needle detection, physical testing and in-line inspection at every station.

F.08

Shipping

Finished garments are packed, inspected once more, and shipped to your nominated port or warehouse.

04STRENGTHS — 強み

What a group-integrated factory in Thailand can put behind your program.

05ITEMS — 取扱品目

A sample of what runs through our lines today. If it isn’t listed, ask us anyway.

06FAQ — よくある質問

It depends on the fabric, colourway and construction: a proven fabric in a house colour can start smaller than a fully custom programme. Bring us a rough volume and we will tell you plainly what is realistic.

A first pattern sample typically ships within two to three weeks of an approved tech pack; sourcing an outside fabric can add time. We confirm a firm date once we see the design.

Most of our fabric is knitted and dyed in-house by our group company, Parfun Textile, in Nakhon Pathom, so quality is controlled from yarn to garment. We can also work from a fabric you supply or specify.

Our factory is BOI-approved and certified to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001. Needle detection, physical testing and a final inspection sit at the end of the line before anything ships.

Send us a sketch, a spec sheet, or a reference garment through the contact page. We will schedule a consultation, then follow the flow above: proposal, sampling, approval and production.

A question that isn’t answered here is still a good place to start a conversation.

Start from a single drawing.

Send a sketch, a spec sheet or a sample. We’ll tell you plainly what’s possible, and what it takes to make it real.
