CAPABILITIES — ものづくり
One thread in,one finished piece out.
Knitting, dyeing, cutting and sewing under one group, in Thailand, at up to 880,000 pieces a month.
From a sketch to a sealed carton, every step stays inside the family.
- 01
Planning & development企画・開発
Every project starts on paper: a sketch, a spec sheet, or last season’s best-seller improved. Our team turns the brief into a pattern and a costed production plan before a single thread is cut.
- Sketch or spec-sheet review
- Pattern & sizing development
- Costing and lead-time proposal
- 02
Fabric — knitting編立
Fabric is knitted in-house at Parfun Textile in Nakhon Pathom, so quality starts before a garment exists. Greige cloth moves straight into our own dyeing line, with no outside handoff.
- Circular & warp knitting
- Group-owned fabric supply
- Direct handoff to dyeing
- 03
Dyeing & finishing染色
Colour, hand-feel and shrinkage are set at the group’s own dyeing and finishing line. Every batch is matched against the approved lab dip before it is released to cutting.
- Lab-dip colour matching
- Finishing for hand-feel & recovery
- Shrinkage & wash testing
- 04
Cutting & sewing裁断・縫製
At the Samut Sakhon head factory, panels are cut to pattern and sewn by dedicated lines for innerwear and sportswear. Around 860 people work the floor, producing up to 880,000 pieces a month.
- Precision cutting to marker
- Dedicated innerwear & sportswear lines
- Flatlock & bonded-seam sewing
- 05
Inspection & shipping検品・出荷
Needle detection, physical testing and a final visual inspection stand between the sewing line and the carton. Nothing ships until the next process, the customer, is satisfied.
- 100% needle detection
- Physical & wash testing
- Final inspection before packing
“Give complete satisfaction to the consumer.” Our production policy makes every station the guardian of the next.
Needle detection
検針Every finished piece passes through a needle detector before it is folded: a hard stop that protects the wearer, batch by batch.
Physical testing
物性試験Seam strength, colourfastness and shrinkage are tested against the approved standard before a style is released to bulk sewing.
Final inspection
最終検品A last visual check, piece by piece, at the end of the line. Nothing is packed until it meets the standard we would put our own name to.

Knitting & dyeing
One roof, near Bangkok.
The Thasai head office and factory, in Samut Sakhon, is where the group’s Thai production now stands under one roof. Knitted, dyed fabric arrives; finished, inspected garments leave.
It is a working mill, not a showroom, but a careful one: the same five disciplines that opened this site still open every shift.
Bring us a drawing. We’ll bring the rest.
